جهود منع جرائم الإتجار بالبشر في الجزائر

الملخص
تنت تنتشر جرائم الإتجار بالبشر في مختلف دول العالم التي تسعى باستمرار لمكافحتها والحد منها على غرار الجزائر التي تبذل جهودا مختلفة لمواجهتها، منع الإتجار بالبشر هو أحد المحاور الرئيسية في هذه المكافحة بموجب بروتوكول باليرمو، يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على جهود الدولة الجزائرية في منع الإتجار، ومدى استجابتها للمتطلبات الدولية، لنتوصل إلى ان الجزائر تبذل جهودا معقولة غير انها لا تزال بحاجة إلى تركيز هذه الجهود وتوجيهها وتعزيزها من أجل منع هذه الجرائم الخطيرة. Abstract: Human trafficking crimes are widespread in various countries of the world, which are constantly seeking to combat and reduce them, similar to Algeria, which is making various efforts to confront it Preventing human trafficking is one of the main axes in this fight under the Palermo Protocol. This research aims to identify the efforts of the Algerian state to prevent trafficking And the extent of their response to the international requirements proposed by the protocol To conclude that Algeria is making reasonable efforts, but it still needs to focus, direct and strengthen these efforts in order to prevent these serious crimes.
