الدور الحمائي للمراكز الوطنية لإستقبال الفتيات والنساء ضحايا العنف ومن هن في وضع صعب

الملخص
لا يقتصر الاهتمام بالمرأة على حمايتها من مظاهر عدم المساواة القائمة على النوع الاجتماعي، وتجريم مختلف أشكال العنف التي تعترضها، إنما يتطلب الأمر استفادة الضحية من خدمات هياكل الاستقبال وأنظمة التكفل، لمرافقتها ومساعدتها على تجاوز آثار العنف ؛ لذلك استحدث المشرع الجزائري بنية مؤسساتية قصد التكفل النفسي والطبي والاجتماعي بضحايا العنف، تم وضعها تحت وصاية وزارة التضامن الوطني والأسرة وقضايا المرأة، تسمى بالمراكز الوطنية لاستقبال النساء ضحايا العنف ومن هن في وضع صعب. يتطلب التكفل الأمثل بفئة النساء ضحايا العنف ومن هن في وضع صعب، من خلال خدمات مراكز التكفل والاستقبال، ضرورة ضمان إعادة إدماجهن الاجتماعي والمهني في المجتمع، الذي لا يتجسد فعليا إلا عن طريق تكاثف جهود مختلف المؤسسات، الرسمية منها وغير الرسمية، لتحقيق متطلبات الحماية الفعلية. Abstract: Women's attention is not limited to protecting them from gender-based inequalities and criminalizing the different forms of violence against them, but it requires that the victims benefit from access to reception and care structures to accompany and assist them in overcoming the effects of violence. Under the auspices of the Ministry of National Solidarity, Family and Women's Issues, the Algerian legislator has introduced an institutional structure to provide psychological, medical, and social care for victims of violence. It is called the National shelter for Women Victims of Violence and in distress. The optimal care of women victims of violence and in distress requires to ensure their social and professional reintegration into society, through the services of care and reception shelters allocated to this group, this depends on the intensification of efforts of different institutions, both formal and informal, to achieve effective protection.
