نوازل الجواهر النّفيسة للتُّسُوليّ (ت.1258هـ) مصدرا للكتابة التَّاريخية الجزائريَّة

الملخص
ملخص: تَناولتُ في هذا المقالِ علاقةَ الكتابة التّاريخيّة الجزائريّة بمدونات النوازل الفقهيّة، وكيفيّة استخدام مادّة فقه النّوازل في الدّرس التّاريخيّ، وذلك من خلال مخطوط "الجواهر النّفيسة فيما يتكرر من الحوادث الغريبة" للفقيه عليّ بن عبد السلام التسوليّ (ت.1258هـ)، ولتكون الدّراسةُ متّصلةً بالتّاريخ الجزائريّ الحديث، فقد اعتمدتُّ على خصوص النّوازل المتعلقة بالوجود الاستعماريّ على أرض الجزائر. وقد قسّمت البحثَ إلى مقدّمةٍ وثلاثة مباحثَ وخاتمة، فالمبحثُ الأوّل خصصته للحديثِ عن مفهوم فقه النوازل وعلاقته بالكتابة التاريخيّة، والمبحث الثّاني عرفت فيه بالفقيه التسوليّ وبكتابه الجواهر النّفيسة، والمبحث الثّالث تكلمتُ فيه عن القراءة الفقهية والتاريخية للنوازل المتعلقة بالوجود الاستعماري على أرض الجزائر، وذكرت في الخاتمة مهمّات النتائج مع التوصيات. Abstract: In this article, I dealt with the relationship of Algerian historical writing with blogs annawazil alfiqhiya ,and how to use The subject of annawazil alfikhiya in the historical lesson ، And that is through the manuscript of " aljawahir annafissa fi ma yatakarrar mina lhawadith Alghariba" From al Faqih "Ali Ibn Abd Al-Salam Al-Toussouli" (IH1258) , In order for the study to be related to modern Algerian history, I relied on the particular of "al nawazil" to related the colonial presence on the land of Algeria. And I divided the research into an introduction, three topics, and a conclusion .The first research devoted it to talking about the concept of the "aljawahir annafissa" and its relationship to historical writing , And In the second topic I presented alfakih roussouly and his book "Aljawahir annafissa" , And the third topic, in which I spoke about the fakih and historical reading of "annawazil" related to the colonial presence on the land of Algeria, and in the conclusion I mentioned the tasks of the results with recommedations.
