الملخص

ملخص: يتناول البحث الأحكام الفقهية لمكبرات الصوت في المسجد، من حيث مشروعيتها، وبيان أحكام الاقتداء بالإمام من خلال سماع صوته بمكبرات الصوت سواء في المسجد، أو خارج المسجد مع تفصيل ما يكون حائلا بين المأموم والإمام خارج المسجد، وحكم كل حائل. وقد اتبعت في البحث المنهج التحليلي في بيان ما يحتاج إلى توضيح من مصطلحات البحث، وبيان الحكم الفقهي لكل مسألة، وانتهى البحث بمشروعية مكبرات الصوت في المسجد، وأنها وسيلة لإيصال صوت المؤذن والإمام؛ لتحقيق مصلحة شرعية، ويجوز الاقتداء بالإمام بسماع صوته من مكبرات الصوت إذا كان في المسجد، أو كان خارجه ولا يوجد حائل بشرط اتصال الصفوف، وضابط اتصال الصفوف هو العرف، ولا يجوز الاقتداء بالإمام إذا كان المأموم خارج المسجد وبينه وبين الإمام جدار لا منفذ فيه ولو سمع صوته بمكبرات الصوت. Abstract: The research deals with the jurisprudential rulings for loudspeakers in the mosque, in terms of their legality, and clarifying the rulings on following the imam through hearing his voice with loudspeakers, whether in the mosque or outside the mosque, detailing what is an obstacle between the follower and the imam outside the mosque, and the rule of each obstacle. In the research, I followed the analytical method in explaining what needs clarification of the search terms, and the statement of the jurisprudential ruling for each issue. Or outside it, and there is no obstacle provided that the rows are connected, and that the rule for connecting the rows is the custom, and it is not permissible to follow the imam if the person praying is outside the mosque and between him and the imam is a wall with no access, even if his voice is heard with loudspeakers.
