الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير عمل الأم على الانضباط السلوكي للأبناء في بيئة التعلم، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبالطريقة العشوائية تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بلغت (120) أستاذ وأستاذة، وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق الاستبانة مكونة من (30) بندا، أدخلت التحليل الاحصائي بواسطة الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spssv22 وخلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: وجود تأثير سلبي لعمل الأم على انضباط سلوك الأبناء خارج المدرسة من وجهة نظر الأساتذة. لعمل الأم تأثير إيجابي بدرجة كبيرة على انضباط سلوك الأبناء داخل المدرسة من وجهة نظر الأساتذة. لعمل الأم تأثير إيجابي بدرجة كبيرة على تحسين عملية تعلم الأبناء في بيئة التعلم من وجهة نظر الأساتذة. this study was to learn about the impact of mother's work on children's behavioural discipline in the learning environment, where the analytical descriptive curriculum was relied upon. In a random manner, a sample of 120 professors and professors was selected. Data was collected by resolution consisting of 30 items. Statistical analysis was introduced by the social science statistical package spssv22 and the study produced the following results: The negative impact of the mother's work on the discipline of the behaviour of children outside school from the point. The work of the mother has a very positive effect on the discipline of the behaviour of the children within the school from the point. The mother's work has a very positive impact on improving the learning process of children in the learning environment from the point of view of professors.
