الملخص

ملخص: تعد الأحزاب السياسية المعاصرة من أهم الآليات ذات التأثير المباشر على سير و حركية النظام السياسي فهي ضمان استقراره و استمراره و ذلك نظرا للدور الهام التي باتت تؤديه في تنشيط الحياة السياسية من جهة و في عملية رسم السياسات العامة للدولة. إذ أصبحت تُشكل عنصرا رئيسيا من عناصر النظم الديمقراطية، فدورها اليوم أضحى ينعكس بالإيجاب أو بالسلب على فاعلية النظام السياسي و طبيعته، ناهيك عن مشاركتها في عملية رسم و صنع السياسات العامة للدولة و تأطيرها في كافة المجالات السياسة، الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية و الثقافية... إلخ، مما يؤثر بصفة مباشرة على عملية التحديث السياسي و التطور الديمقراطي في الدولة. Abstract: Contemporary political parties are considered among the most important mechanisms that directly affect the movement and functioning of the political system and ensure its stability and continuity, given the important role that they now play in revitalization political life and in the stateʹs general policy. As it has become an essential element of democratic systems, its performance today reflected positively or negatively on the nature of the political system and its effectiveness, as well as on the level of democratic development and political modernization, as well as on its participation in drawing and making the states general policy and franing it in all political fields social, economic and cultural spheres, this directly affects the process of political modernization and democratic development in the State.
