الحماية الدولية للأطفال اللاجئين

الملخص
الأطفال هم من الفئات الهشة الأكثر تعرضاً لمخاطر الحياة في مختلف الظروف ولعل من أهم الظروف الخطرة التي تؤثر على حياتهم حالات اللجوء الناجمة عن تعرض الأطفال وذويهم لخطر التفكك والتشتت الأسري جراء لجوئهم لدول أخرى، مما قد يؤدي في كثير من الأحيان إلى أن يصبح الأطفال في وضع يؤثر على العديد من حقوقهم ويحتاجون لرعاية في العديد من المجالات الإجتماعية والثقافية وحمايتم من حالات سوء المعاملة والعنف والإستغلال الجنسي وإشراكهم وتجنيدهم في النزاعات المسلحة والعديد من المجالات الأخرى التي تنطوي على مخاطر عليهم، ورغم ما يتمتع به اللاجئون بصورة عامة من حماية بموجب القانون الدولي للجوء فإن موضوع حماية الأطفال اللاجئين لم يحظى بإهتمام كافي على الصعيد الدولي رغم أهميته لذا جاء البحث في هذا الموضوع لعرض هذه المشكلة ومخاطرها وكيفية حماية الأطفال اللاجئين دولياً،والتطرق للحماية الدولية للأطفال اللاجئين يتطلب تقسيم هذا البحث لمبحثين، الأول نبين فيه تعريف الأطفال اللاجئين ومجالات حمايتهم ، والثاني نوضح فيه آليات الحماية الدولية للأطفال اللاجئين. Perhaps one of the most dangerous conditions that affect their lives is the asylum cases resulting from the exposure of children and their families to the risk of disintegration and family separation as a result of their refuge in other countries, which may often lead to children becoming in a situation It affects many of their rights and they need care in many social and cultural areas, their protection from cases of ill-treatment, violence, sexual exploitation, their participation and recruitment in armed conflicts and many other areas that pose risks to them, and despite the protection refugees generally enjoy under international asylum law, The issue of the protection of refugee children has not received sufficient attention at the international level despite its importance, so the research on this topic came to present this problem and its risks and how to protect refugee children internationally, and to address the international protection of refugee children requires dividing this research into two topics, the first showing the definition of refugee children and their areas of protection, and the second In it, we explain the mechanisms of international protection for refugee children.
