أثر تبني الإبداع الإداري على تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لعينة من رؤساء المصالح في قطاع التعليم العالي

الملخص

This study aims to elucidate the effect of the adoption of administrative creativity and the degree of availability of the attributes of the creative capacity) Originality, fluency, flexibility, sensitivity of problems, risk) and the creative climate on the functionality of the worker for a sample composed of 52 heads of services in kasdi merbah university. The most important results indicate the presence of a statistically significant impact of administrative creativity to improve the functionality of the sample individuals. Thus, the study emphasizes the need to pay more attention to the creative climate, and to provide appropriate conditions to reach higher return using innovative methods, such as doing tasks in the best way and achieving the worker’s satisfaction.
