الملخص
ملخص: تبرز الورقة البحثية أهم سمات وخصائص رجل العلاقات العامة في المؤسسات الأمنية باعتباره عنصرا فاعلا داخل تنظيم المؤسسة وخارجه، إذ يشترط فيه مجموعة من السمات والمواصفات المتعلقة أساسا بالمؤهلات الشخصية والعلمية وكذا إتقانه للعديد من المهارات الاتصالية التي تمكنه من أداء مهامه لاسيما تلك المتعلقة بالتعريف بالمؤسسة وخدماتها المقدمة بالمجتمع المتواجدة به، ناهيك عن ضرورة التزامه بمجموعة من المبادئ الأخلاقية التي تساهم في توسيع و استمالة قاعدة جماهيرية واسعة من خلال عملية التأثير في المواطنين و رسم صورة ذهنية ايجابية لهم عن المؤسسة الأمنية التي ينتمون إليها. Abstract: The research paper sheds light on the most important features and characteristics of the public relations man in security institutions as an active element inside and outside the institution, as he requires a set of characteristics and specifications related mainly to personal, scientific and communication qualifications that allow him to perform his tasks, especially those related to the definition of the institution and its services provided to the community that are in it. Not to mention the need to adhere to a set of ethical principles that help influence citizens. By giving them a positive mental image of the security establishment to which they belong.
