الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز العلاقة الموجودة بين الجامعة والنخبة الأكاديمية، وذلك من خلال توضيح دورهما في المجتمع وما مدى مساهمتهما في الإنتاج المعرفي والتنمية الاقتصادية والارتقاء السياسي، وللوصول إلى هذه الأهداف يجب توضيح طبيعة العلاقة بين الجامعة باعتبارها منبرا علميا، والنخبة الأكاديمية باعتبارها فئة مثقفة منتجة للوعي، ولنجاح هذه العلاقة ننظر إلى ما مدى تدخل السياسة بينهما وكذا توضيح الصراع الدائم بين المثقف والسياسي، وهذا الوضع يعطينا الصورة التقريبية لحقيقة الديمقراطية في البلدان النامية، بالإضافة إلى المشاكل التي تعيشها الجامعة التي أثرت على مهمة النخبة الأكاديمية والبحث العلمي ونوعية التكوين. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجامعة، النخبة الأكاديمية، السياسة، الديمقراطية. Abstract: This study aims to showing the relationship that exists between the university and the academic elite, by clarifying their role in society and the extent of their contribution to knowledge production, economic development and political advancement, and in order to reach these goals, the nature of the relationship between the university as a scientific platform and the academic elite as a productive intellectual class For awareness, and for the success of this relationship, we look at the extent of policy interference between them, as well as clarifying the permanent conflict between the intellectual and the politician, and this situation gives us an approximate picture of the reality of democracy in developing countries, in addition to the problems that the university is experiencing that affected the academic elite mission, scientific research and the quality of training.
