الموروث الثقافي والسياحي "حضرة رجال لملاح" "أما مليحة" ودوره في التنمية المحلية لمنطقة وادي ريغ

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى التعريف بموروث ثقافي لا مادي كانت تُعرف به منطقة وادي ريغ وهو "حضرة الرجال لملاح"، أما "مليحة" والذي كان يعكس أصالة وتاريخ المنطقة ويُعرف أيضا بـ "حضرة رجال الحشان" وهو احتفالية تُقام كلّ سنة بعد جنيّ التمور ويُعبّر هذا الموروث عن عودة التقاليد والتمسك بأصالة المنطقة. وكان يهدف أيضا إلى جمع شمل ما فرقته السنين كان في الماضي له دور ديني واجتماعي وأيضا ثقافي، حيث كان يغلب على هذا الموروث أو مجلس رجال الحشان الطابع الديني والاجتماعي والتربوي لِما كان يُقدمه من خدمات تمثلت في إصلاح ذات البيْن ومساعدة المحتاجين والفقراء وعقد مجالس القرآن والذكر، إلاّ أنّ هذا الدور تقلص تقريبا وأصبح يأخذ طابعاً آخر تمثل في الجانب الاقتصادي والترفيهي والسياحي وفرصة للتجار لعرض منتوجاتهم وتسويقها والمشاركة في تنمية اقتصاد المنطقة وتبادل السلع والمنتوجات وإنشاء الجمعيات للتعريف بهذا الموروث الثقافي والسياحي، فمنهم رجال لملاح أو رجال الحشان وكيف ساهم هذا الموروث الثقافي والسياحي في التعريف بالمنطقة وبعاداتها وتقاليدها وما قدمه من خدمات ساهمت أيضا في التنمية المستدامة للمنطقة؟. Abstract : This study to define one important aspect in the cultural heritage of the Wadi Reigh region, which is “Men of Al-Hashan Concil”, reflecting the originality and deep history of the region. It is a celebration held every year after the harvest of dates, this heritage reflects the return of tradition, adherence to the originality of the region and the reunification of the society that has been divided for years. In the past, the “Men of Al-Hashan Concil” was dominated by religious, social and educational character. This is particularly evident in the quality of its services, which included reforming the relationship, helping the needy and the poor, and holding the sessions of reciting Qur’an and performing prayers. However, this has been reduced to become more economic, entertainment and touristic, and an opportunity for traders to display and market their products participating in the development of the region economy, exchanging of goods and products, and the establishment of associations to introduce this heritage. So who are the men of Al-Hashan? How did this cultural heritage and tourism contribute to the definition of the region, its traditions? What services have contributed to the sustainable development of the region?.
