العوامل المؤثرة في اختيار المهنة لدى النساء الجزائريات

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مختلف العوامل المتراكمة والمتداخلة والتي من خلالها يتحدد المسار المهني للمرأة الذي يُرسم أحيانا وفقا لاختياراتها الذاتية وتماشيا مع رغبتها الشخصية وأحيانا أخرى يفرضه الواقع المعاش وطبيعة المجتمع الجزائري وما يعتريه من منظومة قيم تتميز بالصرامة وعادات وتقاليد تضع الكثير من الحواجز والعراقيل في ظل مجتمع تطغى عليه الهيمنة الذكورية و هي الصورة النمطية التي وُضعت في ذهن كل فرد جزائري، وقد عرف عمل المرأة الجزائرية تحولات جذرية وجاء هذا مواكبة لما عرفه مجتمعنا من تغيرات مسته على مستوى البنى الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، فمن مجتمع تقليدي يحبذ مكوث المرأة في البيت ويرى أن وظيفتها الأسمى هي خدمة أبنائها وزوجها إلى مجتمع حديت يحمل في طياته العديد من التغيرات وعلى مختلف الأصعدة أبرزها تراخي السلطة الأبوية والانفتاح على العالم الخارجي ما أنتج نوعا من التحرر لدى المرأة، هذه الأخيرة التي أصبحت تطالب باقتحام كل مجالات العمل دون مراعاة نوع الجنس . The purpose of this study is to identify the various accumulated and interrelated factors that determine the professional path of women, sometimes based on their own choices, in line with their personal desire, and sometimes on the nature of Algerian society and the system of values characterized by rigour, customs and traditions that create many barriers and obstacles in a society influenced by male domination, which is the stereotype that was placed in the the mind of every Algerian. Algerian women profession has undergone radical changes, in keeping with the changes that our society has experienced in terms of economic and social structures. From a traditional society that favours the stay of women at home and considers that its highest function is to serve their children and husbands to a modern society that has brought about many changes at various levels, the most prominent among them is the lack of patriarchy and openness to the outside world, which has produced a kind of emancipation for women, the latter of which demands that they break into all spheres of work without taking into account gender.
