الملخص: تتعالج هذه الورقة قضية المأثور الشفوي لدى فئة الطٌلبة التي لاتزال تحافظ على ذاكرتها الجماعية التي ساهمت ولازالت تساهم في اعادة انتاج ثقافتها، عن طريق تناقلها بينهم مشافهة، عبر الزمان من جيل الى جيل وأفقيا من مكان الى أخر، هذا ما جعلنا نهتم أكثر بالجانب المأثور الشفوي. و انصب اهتمامنا في اول الامر بدراسة اللغة المستعملة بينهم ، والتي تعتبر بالنسبة لهم سمة تمييز جوهرية لهويتهم، حينها تيقنا أن المسألة حساسة بسبب علاقتهم الملتبسة مع الانتاج الثقافي، و هذا ما دفعنا في المرحلة الثانية الى التوجه نحو تدوين كل كلمة نسمعها او حكاية أو سيرة حياة أو كتابة نشاهدها أو علاقة ثنائية أو فردية تقام أمامنا . فالمأثورات الشفوية معرضة دوما للتعديل واعادة الانتاج نظرا للتغير الاجتماعي. Abstract This article deals with the question of the oral maxim of the Tolbas group which still preserves its collective memory, which has contributed and continues to contribute to the reproduction of its culture, through its oral transmission between them, over time from generation to generation. and horizontally from one place to another, this is what made us pay more attention to the oral maxim. Our interest in the firstly was reflected in the study of the language used between them, which is for them considered an essential distinguishing feature of their identity, Since we have become certain that the issue is sensitive due to their ambiguous relationship with cultural production, and this is what prompted us in the second phase to move towards the writing of every word we hear, a story or a biography or a writing that we witness or a bilateral or individual relationship that unfolds before us. Oral maxims are always subject to modification and reproduction due to social change. . .
