الملخص
يتناول هذا المقال موضوع تنظيم وتسيير الأرشيف الجامعي، حيث أن الجامعة تعتبر احدى المؤسسات العمومية والتعليمية التي تختص في مجال التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، هذا ما يجعلها تمارس العديد من الوظائف والنشاطات، سواء منها ما تعلق بالتسيير الإداري والبيداغوجي أو ما تعلق بالبحث العلمي، لذا فهي تحتفظ بكم هائل من الملفات والوثائق الأرشيفية، والتي يجب أن تحدد لها منهجية في تنظيمها وتسييرها. من خلال هذا حاولنا إعطاء صورة عن وضعية أرشيف جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا هواري بومدين كإحدى الجامعات الجزائرية العريقة، كما حاولنا طرح بعض الحلول التي تساهم في ضبط الإجراءات الأرشيفية في معالجة الأرشيف على مستوى الجامعة. الكلمات المفتاحية: أرشيف، تنظيم، تسيير، جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا هواري بومدين This article deals with the topic of organizing and conducting the university archives, as the university is considered one of the public and educational institutions that specialize in the field of higher education and scientific research, this is what makes it practice many jobs and activities, both of which are related to administrative and pedagogical management or related to scientific research, so it is You keep a tremendous amount of archives files and documents, for which you must specify a methodology for organizing and managing them. through this we tried to give a picture of the status of the archives of the University of Science and Technology Houari Boumediene as one of the prestigious Algerian universities, and we also tried to offer some solutions that contribute to controlling archives procedures in addressing Archive at the university level
