مقاصد العقيدة بين تحديد المدلول و إشكالية التطبيق

الملخص: يعتبر الفكر المقاصدي أو علم المقاصد من المواضيع التي شغلت المفكرين المختصين تصنيفا وتأليفا، حتى أضحى هذا العلم مستقلا بذاته، له منهجه الخاص، وقواعده، ومصادره التي يعتمد عليها، وقد صنفت الكتابة حوله إلى نوعين، كتابة نظرية أبحرت في جانب ما يتعلق بالفكر المقاصدي، وعلاقته بباقي العلوم الشرعية وعلم الآلة، وجانب تطبيقي حرص على إبراز الدور الذي يؤديه علم المقاصد كأداة تفعيلية توسع دائرة الاجتهاد، وتسعفه بقدر شساعة النوازل والمستجدات الداعية إلى رأي فقهي سديد، ومن جملة ذلك ما سأسعى إلى بسطه ارتباطا بموضوع " مقاصد العقيدة" حيث يظن الكثير أن العقيدة مجال نظري إيماني – اعتقادي- لا مكانة للمقاصد داخلها، فمالمقصود بمقاصد العقيدة؟، وأين تكمن تجليات المقاصد ضمن العقيدة؟ وكيف نفعل العقيدة تطبيقيا من خلال علم المقاصد، هذا ما سأبينه بحول الله من خلال منهج وصفي تحليلي . Abstract : Maqssid thought or the science of maqasid is one of the topics that have occupied specialized thinkers in classification and writing. Until this science became independent by itself, it has its own method, rules, and sources on which it depends. The writing about it has been classified into two types. Writing a theory that explored the aspect of what is related to intentional thought, and its relationship to the rest of the forensic sciences and Language Science, and an applied aspect that was keen to highlight the role that the science of intentions plays as an activating tool that expands the circle of ijtihad, It helps him to the extent of the calamities and developments that call for a sound jurisprudential opinion, and among this is what I will seek to explain in connection with the topic of “The Objectives of Creed” where many think that creed is a theoretical field of faith - my belief – that there is no place for objectives within it, so what is meant by the objectives of creed? creed? And how to apply the doctrine through the science of purposes, this is what I will explain, God willing, through a descriptive and analytical approach.
