الملخص
عاشت المرأة القبائلية في ريف منطقة القبائل وفق عادات ومعتقدات لا تحيد عنها، ذلك انها تربت عليها وكبرت على احترامها و عليها واجب ترسيخها في ابنائها، فكما تربت يجب ان تربي ، ومرد هذه العادات والمعتقدات هي الاعراف التي تسير المجتمع، وتحدد اتجاهاته وما هو في صالح المجتمع ، فربطت المرأة بمجموعه من القوانين لا تحيد عنها، و الإشكالية التي نتناولها هنا ما هي خصوصيه حياه المرأة في منطقه القبائل؟ و ما هي اهم العادات التي تمارسها و اهم المعتقدات التي تحدد نمط عيشها؟ و الى اي حد انصفت هذه القوانين العرفية هذه المرأة ؟ the Kabyle woman has lived in the Kabylie companion according to the customs and beliefs, because she has been educated and enlarged to her respect, she must consolidate her ideas to her children. The origin of these beliefs and customs are the customs that direct the society and indicate its destination which is for the benefit of society. then the Kabyle woman has bound herself to laws that are indissociable, so the problem raised: what is the specificity of the life of the Kabyle woman in her region? what are the main customs and beliefs that determine one's way of life? to what extent did his laws and customs align the woman? la femme kabyle a vécu à la compagne de Kabylie selon les coutumes et les croyances, parce que-elle été éduqué et agrandit à son respect , elle doit consolider ses idées a ses enfants . L’origine de ces croyance et ces coutumes sont les douanes qui dirigent la société et indique ses destination qui sont aux profit de la société. alors la femme kabyle s’est liée à des lois qui sont indissociable, donc le problème soulevé : quelle est le spécificité de la vie de la femme kabyle dans sa région ? quelles sont les principales coutumes et croyances qui déterminent sont mode de vie ? dans quelle mesure ses lois et les douanes ont aligné la femme ?
