الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقصي واقع تكوين المترجم الأدبي في ظل متطلبات دور النشر والترجمة العربية وذلك من خلال إبراز الأبعاد العملية لتكوين المترجم الأدبي والوقوف على أهم الصعوبات التي تواجه تكوينه باعتباره العصب الرئيس في صناعة ترجمة أدبية عالية الجودة، وبالمقابل محاولة معرفة احتياجات دور النشر والترجمة ومدى توافق هذا التكوين مع متطلباتها. Cette recherche vise à étudier le statut de la formation de traducteur littéraire à la lumière des exigences des maisons d'édition de traduction arabe en mettant en évidence les dimensions pratiques de la formation de traducteur littéraire et en identifiant les difficultés les plus importantes auxquelles sa formation est confrontée, car il est considéré comme le nerf principal de la fabrication d’une traduction littéraire de haute qualité. En retour, nous essayons de connaître les besoins des maisons d'édition de traduction et dans quelle mesure la formation correspond à ses exigences This research aims to investigate the status of literary translator training in the light of Arab translation publishing houses requirements by highlighting the practical dimensions of the literary translator training and identifying the most important difficulties facing his formation as he is considered as the main nerve in the manufacture of high-quality literary translation. In return we try to know the needs of translation publishing houses and to what extent the training matches its requirements.
