الملخص
الملخص: في ظل تفشي فيروس كورونا في العالم والجزائر تعاظم دور وسائل الإعلام بمختلف أنواعها في تغطية أهم الأخبار والتطورات الخاصة بالجائحة، ليتأرجح أداء وسائل الإعلام بين الانفلات تارة والاحترافية تارة أخرى. ووجد الإعلام الجزائري نفسه أمام تحديات التغطية الإعلامية بضرورة مسايرة الأحداث وتحقيق السبق الصحفي لكن ضمن متطلبات ضوابط وقواعد أخلاقيات المهنة. وتحاول هذه الدراسة الوصفية التحليلية الكشف عن مجمل الحقوق والواجبات الخاصة بالصحفيين التي كرستها القوانين الإعلامية والمواثيق الدولية والوطنية لممارسة المهنة الإعلامية بكل حرية ومسؤولية خلال أزمة فيروس كورونا. وتبين من النتائج أن الإعلام الجزائري عرف بعض الارتباكات والأخطاء المهنية في بداية ظهور الفيروس بالجزائر بسبب عدم الخبرة وحداثة التجربة في التعامل مع هكذا نوع من الأزمات، كما تنازل الصحفيون عن بعض الحقوق في الوصول إلى مصادر المعلومة خدمة للمصلحة العامة. Abstract: The spread of the coronavirus in the world and in Algeria increases the role of the media to covering the most important news and developments related to the pandemic. The performance of the media has varied between deviation and professionalism. The Algerian media is facing the challenges of media coverage to the pandemic events and to achieve a scoop, but within the requirements of the ethics of the media profession rules and regulations. This descriptive and analytical study attempts to reveal the rights and duties of journalists guaranteed by the media laws and charters to practice the media profession with complete freedom and responsibility during the coronavirus crisis. The Algerian media knew some professional confusions and errors at the beginning of the virus in Algeria because of the lack of experience in dealing with this type of crisis, and some journalists waived some rights to access information sources to serve the public interest
