الأمن البيئي كأحد أهم أبعاد الأمن الإنساني

الملخص
لقد جاء مفهوم الأمن الإنساني بمختلف أبعاده من أجل مواجهة التهديدات الجديدة التي يفرضها واقع العلاقات الدولية في الوقت الراهن والذي تزامن مع تطور وانتشار الوعي البيئي بين أفراد المجتمع الدولي الأمر الذي أدى إلى تعزيز الجهود الدولية من طرف مختلف الفاعلين الدوليين بهدف تكريس مفهوم الأمن البيئي. تطرقنا في هذا البحث إلى الدور الكبير الذي تقوم به هيئة الأمم المتحدة في مجال تفعيل وإرساء قواعد الأمن البيئي، إضافة إلى الدور المتنامي للمنظمات غير الحكومية في نفس الإطار، وهذا كله من أجل المحافظة على استمرر البشرية وحقوق الأجيال الحاضرة والمستقبلية. The human security concept came in various aspects in order to face new threats opposed in the international affairs, which synchronized with the development of the environmental awareness among the international community. A thing that contributed in increasing international efforts from several international representative in order to dedicate the concept of the environmental security. In this search we have seen a significant role of the United nations in order to activate and establish environmental security rules, in addition to the growing role of the international non-governmental organizations on the same case, in an effort to preserve the endurance of humanity and the rights of the actual generations and the future one.
