علاقة حقوق براءة الاختراع بالتنمية الاقتصادية وتأثيرها على البلدان النامية

الملخص
لا يستطيع أحد أن ينكر الدور البارز لبراءة الاختراع عبر التاريخ في دفع التنمية الاقتصادية على المستوى الدولي وتحقيق أهم المقومات التي ترتكز عليها التنمية الاقتصادية، هذا أن الحماية القوية لبراءة الاختراع في أي دولة ما ستشجع على القضاء على الكثير من المشاكل وحل العديد من المعضلات التي تواجه التنمية وتوفر الجهد والمال والوقت وتحقق اكتفاء شامل خاصة في مجال الغذاء والزراعة والدواء ا وهي تعد كلها حاجيات أساسية لجميع دول التي أصبحت تعمل ضمن سياساتها على وضع براءة الاختراع في مقدمة أولوياتها، بسبب ماتوفره المعارف التقنية لبراءة الاختراع وبياناتها من حلول متزايدة أثرت بشكل واضح على التجارة والاقتصاد والتنمية، هذا ما جعلها تتبوأ ترتيب القضايا الهامة في العلاقات الاقتصادية وأصبح غيابها مصدرا للتوتر المتزايدة في العلاقات الاقتصادية بين الدول وعائق أمام تحقيق أي تنمية أوتطور. No one can deny the prominent role of patents throughout history in pushing economic development at the international level and achieving the most important foundations on which economic development is based. This is that strong protection for patents in any country will encourage the elimination of many problems and solve many of the dilemmas facing Development saves effort, money and time and achieves comprehensive sufficiency, especially in the field of food, agriculture and medicine, which are all basic needs for all countries that have become, within their policies, placing the patent at the forefront of their priorities, due to the availability of technical knowledge of the patent and its data from increasing solutions that clearly affected trade. And the economy and development, this is what made it occupy the ranking of important issues in economic relations, and their absence became a source of increasing tension in economic relations between countries and an obstacle to achieving any development or development.
