الملخص
ثورة الرقمنة التي أطلقتها السلطات الجزائرية لاقت صدى واسعا من طرف الوزارات الحكومية، والمديريات التنفيذية من أجل ترقية إدارة نشاطاتها ومتابعة أعمالها باستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات لصناعة بيئة رقمية متطورة، تهدف دراستنا إلى التعرف على واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المؤسسات الرياضية وقياس مدى مساهمتها في إدارة ومتابعة مختلف نشاطاتها الرياضية، مستخدمين المنهج الوصفي في الإطار النظري، والإستبانة، وتحليل المضمون في الدراسة الميدانية، كما تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية Spssالنسخة 20 لتحليل بيانات الإستبانة، لعينة من المؤسسات الرياضية التي تسهر على تنظيم التظاهرات الرياضية والإشراف على البطولات الجهوية، والولائية في مختلف الرياضات الجماعية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن بعدي الموارد البشرية، والتجهيزات والعتاد كانا بمستوى مرتفع بينما أظهرت مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في إدارة النشاطات الرياضية مستوى منخفض، باستثناء موقع الرابطة الجهوية لكرة القدم الذي يضم ستة ولايات، والذي أظهر تحليل المضمون علامة فارقة في ولوجه عالم الرقمنة باستخدامه لتكنولوجيا المعلومات لإدارة ومتابعة برمجة المقابلات و رخص اللاعبين والحكام و نتائج المقابلات بشكل فعال. Abstract: The digitization revolution launched by the Algerian authorities has met a wide response by government ministries and executive directorates in order to upgrade the management of their activities and follow up their work by using information technology to create an advanced digital environment, our study aims to identify the reality of information technology in sports institutions and measure the extent of their contribution to the management and follow-up of their various activities Mathematics, using the descriptive method in the theoretical framework, the questionnaire, and analyzing the content in the field study, and the Statistical Package 20 version was used to analyze the questionnaire data, for a sample of sports institutions that ensure the organization of sporting events and oversee the regional and state tournaments in various team sports. The study found that the human resources and equipment dimensions were at a high level, while the contribution of information technology in managing sports activities showed a low level, with the exception of the Regional Football Association website, which includes six states, which showed the content analysis a milestone in the approach of the digital world by using information technology to manage and monitor programming Effective interviews, player and referee licenses, and interview results.
