الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مساهمة التعليم الالكتروني في تحسين التكوين بجامعة التكوين المتواصل من وجهة نظر المتكونين حيث قمنا بدراسة ميدانية بجامعة التكوين المتواصل بالوادي، حيث اعتمدت على استبانه وزعت على متكونين دورة التكوينة (نوفمبر 2019)،ولتحقيق الأهداف،واختبار الفرضيات،اعتمدت الدراسة على مجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية والبرامج من بينها برنامج spss vs20 وقد خلصت دراستنا بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات والاقتراحات،ومنها على جامعة التكوين المتواصل بالوادي ضرورة تجديد وتحديث البنية التحتية لها لمواكبة التطورات المتسارعة في مجال التعليم الالكتروني،وكذلك ضرورة خلق ثقافة وعي تكنولوجي للمتعلمين داخل الجامعات لجعل مزج التعليم الالكتروني مع التعليم العالي التقليدي أكثر تقبلا، وقد توصلت إلى نتائج من بينها وجود موافقة على استخدام لتعليم الالكتروني بجامعة التكوين المتواصل بالوادي من وجهة نظر المتكونين،وكذلك توصلت إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التعليم الالكتروني والتكوين عند مستوى معنوية 05% This study aims to identify the contribution of e-learning in improving the training at the University of continuous formation from the point of view of the authors, where we conducted a field study at the University of continuous formation in the el oued, where it relied on a questionnaire distributed to the components of the training course (November 2019), and to achieve the goals, and to test the hypotheses, the study relied on a range of statistical tools and programs, including spss vs20, and our study concluded with a set of conclusions and suggestions, including on the University of continuous formation in the el oued the need to renew and modernize its infrastructure to keep up with the need to keep up with its infrastructure to keep up with the Rapid developments in the field of e-learning, as well as the need to create a culture of technological awareness for learners within universities to make the blending of e-education with traditional higher education more acceptable, and has reached results including the approval of the use of e-learning at the University of continuous formation in the el oued from the point of view of the components, as well as found a statistically significant relationship between e-education and training at a moral level 05%.
