This research paper aims to show how some family companies spread in the Arab world have managed to overcome some obstacles thanks to corporate governance practices that have brought benefits to performance and economic growth, and the case studies we have mentioned show that corporate governance is not based on the concept of a one-size-fits-all solution. The case studies illustrate how key principles can be translated into actual practice to achieve tangible results. in other words, the case studies in this research paper focus on studying corporate governance from the point of view of actual practice rather than from an academic or research theory point of view .
