الملخص

ملخص الدراسة: يخضع فحص وتقييم اللغة المكتوبة عياديا للإطار النظري الذي يصف، يحدد ويفسر مستويات اللغة المكتوبة والعلاقات التي تربط كل مستوى بالآخر. كما يخضع لمجموعة مبادئ وأسس التقييم. يسمح التقاء الإطار النظري، نعتمد في هذا المحتوى على المعالجة المعرفية للمعلومة، ومبادئ التقييم بنمذجة الفحص. انطلاقا من نتائج دراسة سابقة بينت التفاوت بين تطبيق تقييم اللغة المكتوبة عياديا وما يقابلها من أسس ومبادئ في أدبيات الموضوع العلمية، ارتأينا من خلال هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على أهم مستويات فحص اللغة المكتوبة والأدوات اللازم تطبيقها في كل مستوى حتى تتم عملية التقييم وبالتالي التشخيص بطريقة صارمة. سنتناول فيه مفاهيم اللغة المكتوبة ومستويات فحصها انطلاقا من تاريخ الحالة والمعلومات التي يجب أن تجمع خلال هذه المرحلة. وصولا إلى استعراض معالم التقييم المعرفي اللساني وهو الإطار النظري المحدد للغة المكتوبة واضطراباتها. الكلمات المفتاحية: اللغة المكتوبة- الفحص - تاريخ الحالة- الفحص المعرفي اللساني- معالجة المعلومة Abstract: The clinical examination and evaluation of written language subject to the conceptual framework describing it, which determines and explains the levels of the written language and the relationships between each level. It is also subject to the set of principles and bases for evaluation. The synergy of the theoretical framework allows us, in this content, to rely on the cognitive processing of information, and the evaluation principles of screening modeling. Based on the results of a previous study, there was a discrepancy between the application of evaluations of the written language and the corresponding principles in the scientific literature. This is why we want to highlight, through this article, the most important levels of testing of written language and the tools that need to be applied at every level, so that assessment and diagnosis can be done rigorously. We will examine the notions of written language, the levels of examination from anamnesis, and the information that must be collected at this stage. In order to review the milestones of the Lingua Cognitive Assessment, the conceptual framework for the written language and its disorders.
