تداعيات الاقتصاد الجزائري وحتمية ﺇستراتيجية التنويع الاقتصادي ما بعد أزمة جائحة (كوفيد- 19 ) - دراسة تحليلية و قياسية لحالة القطاع الفلاحي -

الملخص
الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو إبراز تداعيات الاقتصاد الجزائري و حتمية تنويعه بعد أزمة جائحة كوفيد-19 التي نتج عنها انهيار أسعار البترول في الأسواق العالمية، مما جعل السلطات تعتبر القطاع الفلاحي خيارا استراتيجيا للخروج من التبعية للقطع المحروقات. ولذا قمنا بدراسة العلاقة بين القطاع الفلاحي و الاقتصاد الوطني باستخدام بيانات سنوية خلال الفترة 1999-2018 و يستند هذا التحليل إلى نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للمتباطئات الموزعة ARDL الذي يأخذ بعين الاعتبار المدى القصير و المدى الطويل و خلصت الدراسة إلى أن القطاع الفلاحي له تأثير ايجابي على الاقتصاد الوطني في المدى الطويل. L’objectif de cette étude est de mettre en évidence les répercussions de l'économie algérienne et le caractère inévitable de sa diversification après la crise pandémique du Covid-19 qui a entraîné l'effondrement des prix du pétrole sur les marchés mondiaux et a amené les autorités à considérer le secteur agricole comme un choix stratégique pour sortir de la dépendance aux hydrocarbures. Par conséquent, nous avons étudié la relation entre le secteur agricole et l'économie nationale à l'aide de données annuelles sur la période allant de 1999 à 2018. Cette analyse est basée sur le modèle d'auto régression à retards distribués (ARDL) qui prend en compte le court terme et le long terme. L'étude a conclu que le secteur agricole a un impact positif sur l'économie nationale à long terme. The aim of this study is to highlight the repercussions of the Algerian economy and the imperative to diversify it after the pandemic crisis Covid-19, which resulted in the collapse of oil prices in global markets, which made the authorities, consider the agricultural sector a strategic choice to exit from dependence on the hydrocarbons sector. Therefore, we studied the relationship between the agricultural sector and the national economy using annual data during the period 1999-2018 and this analysis is based on the self-regression model of distributed slowdowns that takes into account the short and long term, and the study concluded that the agricultural sector has a positive impact On the national economy in the long run.
