التنمية الاقتصادية في إفريقيا بين تحديات الواقع ورهانات المستقبل

الملخص
الملخص: يسلط هذا البحث الضوء على موضوع التنمية الاقتصادية وهو ما يشكل أحد المطالب الأكثر إلحاحا بالنسبة لدول القارة الإفريقية التي تعاني من التخلف والتبعية الاقتصادية. بغية الإحاطة بجميع جوانب الموضوع، تم التطرق إلى ماهية التنمية الاقتصادية ومقوماتها كمدخل يسمح لنا لاحقا بفهم واقع التنمية الاقتصادية في إفريقيا من خلال التطرق لمقوماتها الاقتصادية ومعايير قياس مستوى إسهامها الاقتصادي على المستويين الداخلي والخارجي. غير أن الوقوف عند أهم العقبات التي تعترض هذا المسعى تجعلنا نتيقن من ضرورة تبني إستراتيجية شاملة تحد من تبعية القارة للثروات المعدنية وترتكز على التنويع الاقتصادي. Abstract: This research sheds light on the issue of economic development, which is one of the most pressing demands for the African continent countries that suffer from underdevelopment and economic dependence. To understand all aspects of the subject, we first explained the nature of economic development and its components. Which will allow us to better understand the reality of economic development in Africa. It also helps addressing its economic components and the measuring criteria of the levels of its economic contribution internally and externally. This study also identifies the most important obstacles facing this endeavor (The economic development). It makes us ascertain the necessity of adopting a comprehensive strategy that limits the continent's dependence on mineral resources and start focusing on the diversification of its economy.
