آثار الفساد على إقتصاد الدول وتهديد الأمن الانساني فيها

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على آثار الفساد على الاقتصاديات الوطنية والتنمية الاقتصادية داخل الدول، وكيف استطاع الفساد كبح الاستثمار والرقي في الدول، وانتشاره انتشارا رهيبا في العالم خاصة في السنوات الأخيرة، رغم جهود المنظمات الدولية والدول على حد سواء في مكافحته عن طريق عدة ميكانيزمات على المستوى الدولي والمتمثلة في المعاهدات الدولية والمنظمات الدولية، وعلى المستوى الداخلي عن طريق القوانين والدساتير وإنشاء هيآت وأجهزة لمكافحة الفساد، وجاءت هاته الدراسة نظرا للخطورة التي يشكلها الفساد على البشرية جمعاء وعلى الأمن الإنساني خاصة والذي يرتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بأمن وتنمية الدول، فكان للفساد دور أساسي في انتشار الفقر في الدول خاصة وأنه يؤثر على مصالح الفقراء أكثر سواء في الدول الغنية أو الفقيرة، وتهديد الأمن الإنساني وتقويض الديمقراطية وتشجيع النزاعات وكبح السلام . This study aims to shed light on the effects of corruption on national economies and economical development within countries, and how corruption has managed to curb investment and prosperity in countries, and it’s terrible spread in the world, specially in recent years, despite the efforts of international organizations and countries alike in combating it through several mechanisms at the level of international community is represented in international treaties and international organizations, and internally, through laws and constitutions, and the creation of anti-corruption structures and bodies, This study comes to show the danger that corruption poses to all mankind and to human security in particular, which is closely related to the security and development of countries, so corruption has a fundamental role in the spread of poverty in countries, especially as it affects the interests of the poor more whether in rich or poor countries, and threatening human security and undermining Democracy, encouraging conflict, and restraining peace.
