الملخص
بات من الواضح تعلق الطفل بما يُقدّم له من خلال البرامج المعروضة عبر وسائل الإعلام المرئية المختلفة، خاصة الرسوم المتحركة، مما انعكس على تنشئته وسلوكه، وذلك على عدة مستويات، حاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على جانب متعلق بالمستوى اللغوي، وهو إنتاج الكلام وتوظيفه في مواقف تواصلية، وفاعلية الرسوم المتحركة في تنمية هذه المهارة، كواحد من بين الكثير من التأثيرات الإيجابية للإعلام ووسائل الاتصال Il est devenu clair que l’enfant est attaché à ce qui lui est offert à travers les programmes présentés par les différents médias visuels, en particulier les dessins animés, ce qui s’est reflété sur son éducation et son comportement, à plusieurs niveaux, nous avons essayé à travers cet article de mettre en évidence l’aspect lié au niveau linguistique, qui est la production de la parole et son emploi dans des situations de communication, et l’efficacité des dessins animés dans le développement de cette compétence, comme l’une des nombreux effets positifs des médias et des moyens de communication. It has become clear that the child is attached to what is offered to him through the programs presented by the various visual media, especially the cartoons, which has been reflected on his upbringing and behavior, on many levels, we have tried through this article to highlight the aspect linked to the linguistic level, which is the production of speech and its use in communication situations, and the effectiveness of cartoons in the development of this skill, such as one of the many positive effects of the media and the means of communication.
