الملخص

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على اثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الإبداع الإداري في المصارف السودانية، استخدمت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، اظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة بين المستلزمات المادية والمرونة وايضا وجود علاقة بين المستلزمات الاتصالية والمخاطر وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدة توصيات اهمها العمل على ايجاد دوائر مختصه في المصارف تسهم في اعداد سياسات ووضع برامج للإبداع والمبدعين العاملين فيها، كما يتعين على هذه المصارف العمل على تحفيز المبدعين ماديا ومعنويا وتحث الاخرين على الاقتداء بهم. EThis study aimed to identify the impact of information technology on administrative innovation in Sudanese banks, the analytical descriptive method was adopted , while the results of the study showed that there is a relationship between physical requirement and flexibility , as well as there is a relationship between communication requirements and risks , eventually The study reached several recommendations, including work on establishing specialized departments in banks contributing to the development of policies and programs for creativity and creative people working at these banks , in addition these departments should encourage to conduct experiments and not to reject creative ideas, even if they are strange or new, and these banks have to motivate creative people financially and morally in order to encourage others to follow them.
