الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار أهمية الحكم الراشد في تحقيق متطلبات التنمية المستدامة بصفة عامة ومتطلباتها في الجزائر بصفة خاصة، وهذا من خلال إظهار العوائق التي تحول دون ذلك، وهذا باعتبار الحوكمة من بين أهم المرتكزات الأساسية للنهوض بالتنمية المستدامة في أي بلد، فلا تكون التنمية بلا رشادة في تسيير الموارد المتاحة، مما يستوجب من كل الجهات المسؤولة وحتى كافة أطراف المجتمع القيام بأدوارهم لتحقيق متطلبات التنمية المستدامة، فالفائدة من الجميع إلى الجميع. ومن بين النتائج الهامة التي تم التوصل إليها أن الجزائر تتوفر على موارد هائلة متوزعة على كافة التراب الوطني، ولكنها لا تستغل بعقلانية، وأن جل المشاريع التي تقام في الجزائر في إطار التنمية المستدامة فاشلة، والتنمية من الجانب الاجتماعي نلتمسها في التعليم المجاني والصحة المجانية ودعم المواد الأساسية للاستهلاك...، وإن كان يشوبها بعض من الفساد. أما في باقي القطاعات فهدر للمال تحت شعار مشاريع في إطار التنمية المستدامة. This study aims to show the importance of good governance in achieving the requirements of sustainable development in general and its requirements in Algeria in particular, and this by showing the obstacles that prevent this, considering governance is among the most essential pillars for the advancement of sustainable development in any country, so development is not without Guidance in managing the available resources, which requires all responsible parties and even all parties to society to play their roles to achieve the requirements of sustainable development, so the benefit from everyone to everyone. Among the important results that have been reached is that Algeria has enormous resources distributed all over the national territory, but they are not exploited rationally, and that most of the projects that are set up in Algeria within the framework of sustainable development are unsuccessful, and development from the social side we seek in free education, free health and support for materials. Basic consumption ... albeit marred by some corruption. As for other sectors, money is wasted under the slogan of projects within the framework of sustainable development.
