English is a prerequisite language in tourism, specific English language skills are required in Hotel Management Sector. Communication is important to the success of the tourism business because it is only through effective communication that hotel receptionists can offer higher satisfactory services to customers. English is used for different purposes as a means of international interaction. However, the existence of several varieties of English warns the front desk learners against the risk of limiting the scope of practice and learning. The purpose of the study is to examine the hotel reception trainees` English language needs to rise quality management and training as a core feature in the hotel industry. Moreover, it emphasizes the role of learners` awareness of the diversity of English. The study relied on a quantitative research method. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool in collecting data and more importantly as a practical method to achieve the fixed objectives in a rather quick way.
