دور التجربة الإصلاحية التونسية في التغلغل الفرنسي والمواقف الدولية من فرض الحماية (1881)

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الإصلاحات التونسية في التغلغل الأجنبي في تونس وأهم الذرائع التي إستغلتها فرنسا من أجل فرض الحماية على تونس ومن ثم الوقوف على أبرز ردود الفعل الدولية من فرض الحماية 1881م ؛ إذ إتخدت فرنسا لنفسها مبرررات مختلفة للعالم بعد أن إستغلت الأزمة المالية التي انجرت عن محموعة من الأصلاحات قام بها البايات الحسينيون وتسببت فيها عوامل كثير أخرى وشخصيات مختلفة ومواقف متباينة وقد هيّأت فرنسا كامل الظروف لفرض سيطرتها على البلاد التونسية و رغم المعارضة الدولية في البداية إلا أنها عملت جاهدة لتحويل المواقف الاوروبية المعارضة لصالحها وإنفردت بإستعمار تونس وفرض معاهدة الحماية 1881 أم ردود فعل ؛أما الإشكالية التي حاولنا الإجابة عنها من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية هي :ما دور التجربة الإصلاحية التونسية في التغلغل الأجنبي ؟ ماهي أبرز الذرائع الفرنسية لفرض الحماية على تونس؟ وما مواقف الدول من فرض الحماية 1881؟ . This study aims to shed light on the role of Tunisian reforms in foreign penetration in Tunisia and the most important pretexts that France exploited in order to impose protection on Tunisia, and then stand on the most prominent international reactions against imposing protection in 1881. France used various justifications for the world after it took advantage of the financial crisis that was triggered by a set of reforms undertaken by the Husaynid Beys and caused by many other factors, different personalities and different positions. France created the entire conditions to impose its control on the country of Tunisia, and despite international opposition at the beginning, it worked Striving to convert opposing European positions in its favor, and it was singled out for colonizing Tunisia and imposing the 1881 Protection Treaty,. As for the problem that we tried to answer through this research paper, it is: What is the role of the Tunisian reform experience in foreign penetration? What are the main French excuses to impose protection on Tunisia? What are the states ’positions on imposing protection 1881 ?
