الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بالصكوك الإسلامية وأهميتها وعرض واقع تداولها وإصدارها على المستوى العالمي وماليزيا، وللإحاطة بعوامل نجاح تجربة ماليزيا تطرقنا إلى نشأة ومفهوم سوق رأس المال الإسلامية التي كان لها دورا كبيرا في نجاح هذه الأدوات. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بجمع وتفسير المعلومات اللازمة للاستفادة منها في هذا الموضوع. وقد خلص البحث إلى أنه كان لارتفاع قيمة الصكوك، وحجم إصدارها وتداولها دورا إيجابيا في تنشيط سوق رأس المال الإسلامية في ماليزيا، وجعلها الدولة الرائدة في هذا المجال. this research focuses on the role of Islamic Sukuk in the development of the Islamic capital market, He explained the reality of its circulation and issuance at the global level and Malaysia, and to take note of the success factors of Malaysia's experience we touched upon the emergence and concept of the Islamic capital market, which had a major role in the success of these instruments. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted by collecting and interpreting the information necessary to use it in this subject. The research concluded that the rise in the value of sukuk, the volume of issuance and circulation had a positive role in revitalizing the Islamic capital market of Malaysia, making it the leading country in this field.
