الملخص
الملخص: إن الطرح القانوني لموضوع انتهاك حرمة الحياة الخاصة عبر شبكة الانترنت قد تعدى الإشكاليات التقليدية. حيث انتشر الحديث عن الخطر الكبير الذي يهدد الحياة الشخصية للأفراد من خلال أحد أهم الوسائل المستخدمة في تكنولوجيا الاتصالات وهو البريد الإلكتروني، الذي تعددت صور المساس به من خلال تمكن الغير بالدخول إليه ومعرفة ما يحتويه، مما يؤدي إلى انتهاك سريته. الأمر الذي يشكل انتهاكا لحق الإنسان في الخصوصية. كما أصبحت هناك العديد من الأجهزة الالكترونية تستعمل للتجسس على الأفراد وتسجيل محادثاتهم، فضلا عن ذلك التطور الذي حدث على الهواتف، إذ تميزت بتقنيات متطورة في التسجيل، ولم تعد المراقبة وانتهاك الحديث الخاص يتم بواسطة توصيل الأسلاك وإشراك الخطوط، فالهواتف النقالة اليوم بإمكانها تسجيل المكالمة ذاتيها. Abstract: The legal submission of the subject of privacy on the Internet has gone beyond traditional problems. Talk of the great threat to individuals' personal lives has spread through one of the most important means used in communications technology: e-mail, which is often compromised by the fact that others have access to it and know what it contains, thereby violating its confidentiality. This constitutes a violation of the human right to privacy. Violation of the human right to privacy. There are also many electronic devices used to spy on individuals and record their conversations, as well as developments on phones, characterized by sophisticated recording techniques. Surveillance and violation of private talk are no longer done by wiring and sharing lines. Today, mobile phones can record their own call.
