الملخص
إن القرآن الكريم باعتباره دستور الأحكام، فهو يشكل رمزا لأمة الإسلام، كما تضمن كثيرا من المصطلحات التي تكتنز بحرا من المعاني التي تخدم مصالح المجتمع الإسلامي وتقنن قواعد تكوين مجتمع متماسك، ومن ذلك مصطلح "السلم" الذي عليه مدار كثير من الأحكام، بل بوصفه رمزا ذا قيمة عند المسلمين، صنع الحدث في مواقف مختلفة وملاحم(غزوات) كبرى كفتح مكة ومعركة صِفِّين، وفي العصر الحديث المسيرة الخضراء. فما هي حمولاته الدلالية والمعرفية؟، وما هي أبعاده الاجتماعية والثقافية في السلم والحرب؟ The holy Qoran as a constitution provisions, is a symbol of the Islamic notion, it includes plenty of trems that contain several meanings. The se meanings serve the interests of the islamic society and set rules to construct a cohesive and united community. Such as the term *peace* around wrich many provisions were set .This term had great inpact in different situations and epics (forays) such as the conquest of Mecc a, battle of SSiffine, and the green march in the modern era. So, what are its semantic and cognitive implications? And what are its social and cultural dimensions in peace and war?
