الملخص
تعتبر منازعة الترقيم العقاري من بين المنازعات التي كثيرا ما تطرح أمام الجهات القضائية وهذا لأهميتها لكونها تتعلق بالعقار الذي يعتبر الثروة الحقيقية والذي يساعدك في تحقيق النمو والازدهار في المجتمع الأمر الذي أدى إلى كثرت هذه المنازعات وتعقدها لا سيما إذا كانت الأحكام القانونية التي تضبطه غير دقيقة ومبعثرة يصعب حتى على أهل الاختصاص من تكييف الحالات تكييفا صحيحا، إضافة إلى الإشكالات والأخطاء التي غالبا ما تقع فيها لجان المسح العقاري.
