إشكالية المركز والهامش في الخطاب الغربي الدوافع والبدائل

الملخص
ملخص: لقد تعددت الخطابات الغربية التي سعت إلى ترسيخ صورتها في العالم على مر التاريخ وفق تقولبات مرحلية وسياقات مصلحية هدفها صناعة الإنسان الغربي المتفرد ،و بناءا على ذلك برزت مع هذه الدعوة نزعة التمركز حول الذات على اعتبار أن الغربي هو صانع الحضارة والتاريخ والقيم والمحدد لوجهة العالم المستقبلية ، برؤية استعلائية غايتها تثبيت إرادة الهيمنة والنزوع نحو الاحتواء والسيطرة على الآخر المخالف ،وأي رفض أو تحفظ على هذه الأيديولوجيا القصرية سيكون الآخر تحت سلطة التهديد والترهيب بمنطق القوة المرادف لإرادة التسلط الراسخة في صميم النظام العالمي الجديد في ظل مخطط إعلامي عالمي يساهم في تثبيت أيديولوجيا التمركز وإرادة التسلط ،هذا ما دعانا في بحثنا لمحاولة تسليط الضوء على هذه الإرادة التسلطية في الخطاب الغربي بإعطاء لمحة حول منطق الهيمنة في التوجهات العامة للأيديولوجيا الغربية، لنعرج إلى البدائل المتاحة لهذه الرؤية التي تنظر إلى الآخر بعين حضارية واحدة تأبى التعدد، بل تفرض المنطق الواحدي في فهم الإنسان والعالم والطبيعة. كلمات مفتاحية: : إرادة الهيمنة ، خطاب التمركز الغربي ،الصدام الحضاري ، البدائل الحضارية. Abstract: The Western discourses, which have sought to establish their image in the world throughout history according to interim statements and contexts of interest sought by the unique Western man industry, and accordingly, have emerged with this call the tendency to center around the self, considering that the West is the maker of civilization, history, values and the determinant of the future direction of the world, with a vision of a sense of urgency aimed at establishing the will of hegemony and the tendency towards containment and control of the other, and any rejection or reservation of this minor ideology will be the other under threat and intimidation by the logic of power synonymous with the same power. The authoritarianism at the heart of the new world order, under a global media apparatus and scheme that contributes to the stabilization of the ideology of concentration and the will of authoritarianism, is why in this research we try to highlight this authoritarian will in western discourse by giving a glimpse of the logic of hegemony in the general orientations of Western ideology, to turn to the alternatives available to this vision, which looks at the other with one civilized eye that rejects pluralism, but imposes one logic in understanding man, the world and nature .Keywords: The Will of Domination, Western Centralization Discourse, Civilizational Clash, Civilized Alternatives
