دراسة وتحليل أسباب ضعف أداء بورصة الجزائر وسبل تفعيل دورها في النشاط الاقتصادي

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أسباب ضعف أداء بورصة الجزائر ومتطلبات تفعيل دورها في تمويل النشاط الاقتصادي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه رغم الجهود المبذولة لتفعيل دور البورصة إلا أن ذلك لم يغير من واقع البورصة.وهو ما يتطلب توفير مجموعة من الشروط أبرزها إدراج مؤسسات اقتصادية عمومية ناجحة، لبث الثقة في البورصة، وفتح مجال الاستثمار في البورصة للأجانب، إضافة إلى تعديل القانون التجاري للسماح بتداول الصكوك وأدوات مالية أخرى، فضلا عن تفعيل دور الوساطة المالية. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the reasons of the weak performance of the Algiers Stock Exchange and the requirements for activating its role. The study concluded that despite the efforts made, the Algiers stock exchange is always in the same situation. This requires the provision of a set of conditions, the most important of which are the introduction of some successful public companies, to bring confidence to the market, and opening the investment in the stock exchange to the foreigners, in addition to amending Commercial Law for other financial instruments transactions, and also activating the role of financial intermediation. Résumé: Cette étude vise à analyser les raisons de la faible performance de la Bourse d'Alger et les exigences pour activer son rôle. L'étude a conclu que malgré les efforts déployés, la réalité de la bourse n'a toujours pas été changé. Ce qui nécessite la mise en place d'un ensemble de conditions, dont l'introduction des entreprises économiques publiques performantes, pour apporter la confiance au marché, et l'ouverture de l'investissement en bourse pour les étrangers, en plus d'un amendement du code de commerce pour introduire d'autres instruments financiers, et aussi l'activation du rôle de l'intermédiation financière.
