الملخص
ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى مقاربة موضوع تجليات انتشار وباء كوفيد 19 في أبعادها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والنفسية، وفي مستوياتها المجالية من خلال تتبع انتشار الوباء عبر الزمان والمجال، والكشف عن وضعية المواطنين الاقتصادية ومدى تأثرهم بالجائحة وأشكال تكيفهم معها. ويسعى إلى الإسهام بمقترحات عملية في تصور النموذج التنموي الجديد انطلاقا من الدروس المستخلصة من حالة الحجر الصحي نتيجة تفشي الوباء، وذلك اعتمادا على مقاربة إحصائية ترتكز على معطيات استمارة إلكترونية، لما تتيحه من إمكانيات فيما يخص سرعة جمع المعطيات، وكذا ملاءمتها لوضعية الحجر الصحي. Abstract: This article approaches the topic of the manifestations of the spread of the epidemic Covid 19 in its social, economic and psychological dimensions, and in its domain levels by tracking the spread of the epidemic through time and field, and to reveal the economic status of citizens and the extent of their vulnerability and the forms of their adaptation to the pandemic. It also seeks to contribute practical proposals in visualizing the new development model based on lessons learned from the state of quarantine as a result of the epidemic, through a statistical approach based on the data of an electronic form, because of the capabilities it provides with regard to the speed of data collection, as well as its relevance to the quarantine situation.
