واقع تطبيق الأرغونوميا في المؤسسات الجزائرية بين المقاربة النظرية والتطبيقات العملية دراسة تقيميه من وجهة نظر عمال مؤسسة كوندور برج بوعريريج

الملخص
يتمحور موضوع الدراسة الحالية حول وجهة نظر عمال مؤسسة كوندور برج بوعريريج، لواقع تطبيق الأرغونوميا في مكان العمل، بهدف التعرف وإبراز للأهمية والدور الذي تلعبه المقاربة الأرغونوميا في عملية تدعيم المواءمة المهنية وتحقيق التناغم بين العامل والظروف المحيطة به ومدي انعكاسها على راحتهم وسلامتهم فيما بعد. حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي ذو طابع تقييمي بالاستعانة بمجموعة من الأدوات من بينها الاستبيان تم تصميمه من طرف الباحثه وتوزيعه على عينة قصديه قومها (50 عامل) الذين يعملون مع الآلة، بالإضافة إلى الملاحظة المباشرة لميدان العمل والمقابلة مع بعض العمال، وتم تحليل البيانات ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية( اختبارT المتوسط الحسابي الانحراف المعياري )بعد تفريغ البيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: _تطبق مؤسسة كوندور معايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية بمستوي مرتفع في مكان العمل. _تطبق مؤسسة كوندور مؤشر ملائمة الظروف الفيزيقية بمستوى مرتفع في مكان العمل. _تطبق مؤسسة كوندور مؤشر تصميم وتنظيم موقع العمل بمستوى مرتفع في مكان العمل. في ضوء مناقشة نتائج الفرضيات الجزئية الثلاث التي تقر بتطبيق المؤسسة محل الدراسة، مؤشر الصحة والسلامة المهنية والظروف الفيزيقية تصميم وتنظيم موقع العمل بمستوى مرتفع في مكان العمل نثبت صحة الفرضية العامة التي تنص على أن مؤسسة كوندور تطبق الأرغونوميا في مكان العمل بمستوى مرتفع . The subject of the study revolves around the view of the workers of the Condor Bordj Bou Arreridj Foundation regarding the reality of the application of ergonomics in the workplace, identifying a highlight of the importance and role that the ergonomic approach plays in the process of strengthening professional alignment and achieving harmony between the workers and the circumstances surrounding them and the extent of its reflection on their comfort and their safety later, as we adopted the descriptive approach of an evaluation nature using a set of tools, including the questionnaire, which was designed by researchers and distributed to a purposive sample of 50 workers who work with the machine, as well as to a direct observation of the field of work and an interview with some money, was done Analysis of the data in the statistical package for the social sciences program (the R-test, arithmetic mean and standard deviation).
