الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز التدابير التي اتخذها الاتحاد الأوروبي في مواجهة الجائحة من خلال رصد الإجراءات التي اعتمدها وتقییم مدى نجاحها في الحد من انتشار الفيروس وإعطاء تصور لمصير الاتحاد بعده، وخلصت الدراسة أن جائحة كورونا أبرزت أن الاتحاد الأوروبي مجرد اتحاد مالي يفتقر إلى روح التضامن الذي يعتبر أهم مبدأ يرتكز عليه وجوده. The purpose of this study is to highlight the measures taken by the European Union in dealing with the pandemic by spotting the actions it has adopted and assessing their success in reducing the spread of the virus and in conceiving the fate of the Union after it. The study concluded that the Corona pandemic had highlighted that the European Union was merely a financial union without a spirit of solidarity, which was the most important principle underlying its existence.
