إستراتيجية المخطط الوطني لتهيئة الإقليم وتنميته المستدامة في تحقيق الإنصاف الإقليمي

الملخص
إن مبادئ المخطط الوطني لتهيئة الإقليم والذي يرتكز أساسا على محاولة إيجاد نقطة توازن جوهرية بين مكتسبات الأجيال الحاضرة وحقوق الأجيال القادمة، دعم باستحداث أجهزة وهياكل أساسية جسدت استراتيجياته على أرض الواقع ، بالرغم من جميع العراقيل والصعوبات التي رافقت تحقيقها بسبب الفوارق الطبيعية والاختلالات الاقتصادية التي يعرفها الإقليم الجزائري، وتأثره بمختلف المتغيرات المحلية والدولية. ولذلك وضع المخطط الوطني لتهيئة الإقليم برامج عمل تنفيذية ، تعمل لإيجاد حلقة ربط بين الطموحات والأفاق المنتظرة والإمكانيات المتاحة في ظل الظروف الاقتصادية والسياسية التي تعرفها البلاد، Abstract: The principles of the national plan for the creation of a territory, which is based mainly on the search for a fundamental balance between the achievements of present generations and the rights of future generations, have been supported by the development of organs and infrastructures that have embodied its strategies on the ground, despite all the obstacles and difficulties that have accompanied its realization due to the natural differences and known economic imbalances of the Algerian territory. , and its impact on various local and international variables. The national plan for the creation of the region has developed operational work programmes, working to create a link between the ambitions, perspectives and opportunities available in the economic and political circumstances that the country is experiencing.
