سياق تحرير وثيقة المطالبة بالاستقلال 11 يناير 1944 وأهميتها في استقلال المغرب

الملخص
شهد تاريخ المغرب المعاصر أحداثا متسارعة ومتلاحقة ساهمت بشكل كبير في ترك الأثر الكبير على كل المستويات منها: السياسية، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في التاريخ الراهن باعتبار التسلسل التاريخي والاستمرار فيما بين السابق واللاحق من الفترات وانعدام القطيعة التاريخية ضمن مساره العام. وتعتبر فترة الحماية الفرنسية أهم مقطع زمني ترسبت خلاله كل التغيرات العميقة التي لحقت البلاد والمغاربة فيما بعد، وعلى هذا الأساس فان موضوع المقال يأخذ أهميته من سياق وجاذبية المرحلة الزمنية التي اختص بدراستها وبأهم حدث الذي اعتبر مفصليا في العلاقات بين المغرب وفرنسا والذي يتعلق بتقديم "وثيقة المطالبة بالاستقلال" التي كان لها عندئذ وقعا كبيرا ودورا أساسيا في انتقال الحركة الوطنية من المطالبة بالإصلاح إلى المطالبة بالاستقلال ودعوتها الصريحة إلى فك الارتباط بفرنسا انسجاما مع الموجة الدولية التي كانت آنذاك تساير مطالب تصفية الاستعمار. The contemporary history of Morocco has witnessed rapid and successive events that have contributed greatly in impacting its current history on all levels: political, economic and social due to the historical sequence and continuity between the previous and the later period and the absence of a historical rupture within its general course. However, the period of the French protectorate is considered to be the most important segment of time during which all profound changes occurred to the country and its people and have deposited since then. In line with this, the importance of the topic of this article lies in both; the context and attractiveness of the time period that it studies in addition to the most important event that is considered pivotal in the Moroccan- French relations which is, the presentation of “independence demand document”. The later document had a great impact then and played a fundamental role in shifting national movement up from demanding reforming to demanding independence and explicitly call to disengage from France in line with the international wave that was at that time calling for decolonization.
