L'impact De Management Par La Qualité Totale Sur L'atteinte De L'excellence Des Ressources Humaines Dans L`entreprise - étude De Cas D'elsewedy Câbles à Ain Defla -

Résumé

The study aims to identify the impact of the total quality management application in achieving of excellence human resources in Algerian companies by studying the case of elsewedy Cables, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 78 executives of the company Elsewedy Cables, then we also used statistical software for the social sciences (SPSS) to analyze the questionnaire data. The study made it clear that the respondent showed a high level of awareness in terms of total quality management and human resources excellence concepts, The study also concluded that there is a statistically significant impact of the total quality management application in achieving human resource excellence. L'étude vise à identifier l`impacte de l'application du managent par la qualité totale dans la réalisation de l'excellence des ressources humaines dans les entreprises algériennes en étudiant le cas d'elsewedy Câbles, et pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude un questionnaire a été conçu, et distribué à un échantillon composé de 78 cadres de l`entreprise Elsewedy Câbles, Et nous avons également utilisé le logiciel statistique pour les sciences sociales(SPSS) pour analyser les données du questionnaire. L'étude a conclu qu'il existe un niveau élevé de sensibilisation aux concepts de management de la qualité totale et l'excellence des ressources humaines chez les répondants, L'étude a également conclu qu'il existe un impact statistiquement significatif de l'application management par la qualité totale pour atteindre l'excellence des ressources humaines.
