Résumé
L’installation de la pandémie de Covid-19 à travers le monde a donné des retentissements graves sur le plan sanitaire et en rapport avec les différentes politiques prises par les Etats afin de lutter contre la propagation du virus Sars-Cov-2 et parmi de lourdes mesures entretenues, le confinement était un choix inéluctable et il a imposé de nouvelles façons d’interaction entre les personnes et les établissements. Les migrants font partie intégrante de chaque population notamment au niveau du continent européen et qui représente une entité sensible surtout quand il s’agit des migrants irréguliers. La pandémie actuelle a bouleversé le phénomène de la migration humaine et elle a généré une situation critique pour les migrants qui sont souvent déjà en état de vulnérabilité financière et sanitaire avec un grave impact qui nécessite l’intervention de l’action mondiale pour assurer les droits de l’homme et la dignité des migrants et de leurs familles mais pour agir correctement il faut connaitre l’impact de la pandémie du Covid-19 sur l’ensemble des migrants. Quelle est l’impact de la pandémie de Covid-19 sur les migrants ? The installation of the Covid-19 pandemic across the world has serious repercussions on the health plan by their high mortality rate and on way of the crisis management by the various policies taken by States to fight against the spread of the Sars-Cov-2 virus and among the heaviest measures maintained, the confinement was an inevitable choice who imposed new ways of interaction between people and establishments. The migrants are an integral part of every population, particularly at the European continent, and which represents a sensitive entity, especially for the irregular migrants. The current pandemic has turned the phenomenon of human migration upside down and it has created a critical situation for migrants who are often already in a position of financial and health vulnerability with a serious impact that requires the intervention of universal action to ensure the human rights and dignity of migrants and their families, but to act correctly, we must know the different consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic on all migrants. What is the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on migrants? كان لانتشار وباء كوفيد-19 في جميع أنحاء العالم تداعيات خطيرة على النطاق الصحي نظرا لنسب الوفاة العالية وكذا بما يتعلق بالسياسات المختلفة التي اتخذتها الدول لمكافحة انتشار فيروس سارس-كوف-2 ومن بين التدابير التي تم الأخذ بها ، كان العزل الصحي خيارًا لا مفر منه والذي فرض طرقًا جديدة للتفاعل بين الناس والمؤسسات. يعد المهاجرون جزءًا لا يتجزأ من كل مجتمع ، خاصة أولئك المنتقلون الى القارة الأوروبية ، وعلى العموم فهم يمثلون جزءا هشا، خاصة عندما يتعلق الأمر بالمهاجرين غير النظاميين. لقد خلق الوباء الحالي تقلبا حادا في حركة الهجرة البشرية و أدى الى حالة حرجة لدى المهاجرين الذين هم في كثير من الأحيان في حالة تدهور مالي وصحي تأثير خطير يستدعي التدخل العالمي لضمان حقوق الإنسان وكرامة المهاجرين وأسرهم. ولكن لكي تكون هناك حلول فعالة يجب علينا أن نعرف نتائج وباء كوفيد -19 على جميع المهاجرين. ما هو تأثير وباء كوفيد-19 على المهاجرين؟
