الاستخدامات السلمية الصناعية للطاقة النووية.. تحليل أولي لمشروع الضبعة بجمهورية مصر العربية

الملخص
يتناول الباحث بالشرح والتحليل الاستخدامات السلمية الصناعية للطاقة النووية باعتبار أن الطاقة النووية مورد من موارد الطاقة المهمة التي يمكن استخدامها في ظل الطلب العالي والمتنامي للطاقة عالمياً وإقليمياً وعربياً ومحلياً، ويستعرض الباحث أهمية الدور السلمي للطاقة النووية من خلال المحاور التالية: أولاً: الاستخدامات السلمية لللطاقة النووية يستعرض الباحث بشكل مختصر الاستخدامات السلمية المتعددة للطاقة النووية مثل توليد الكهرباء وتحلية المياه والمجال الطبي ومعالجة مياه الصرف الصحي. ثانياً: الاستخدامات السلمية الصناعية للطاقة النووية يستعرض الباحث الأوجه المتعددة والمختلفة للاستخدامات السلمية للطاقة النووية في قطاع الصناعة مثل الاختبار الصناعي باستخدام التكنولوجيا النووية، حفظ وصلاحية المواد الغذائية، صناعة الأسلاك والكوابل، صناعة النفط، صناعة الدواء، وصناعة السياحة من خلال ترميم الآثار. ثالثاً: تحليل أولي لمشروع الضبعة النووي بجمهورية مصر العربية يقوم الباحث بدراسة وتحليل أوليين لمشروع الضبعة النووية بجمهورية مصر العربية حيث يقيم الباحث موقع الضبعة من خلال معايير السلامة و الأمان والبرنامج الزمني للمشروع، كما يدرس ويحلل الباحث النتائج والاستخدامات السلمية المتوقعة من المشروع وعلى رأسها توليد الكهرباء وتحلية المياه والاستخدامات السلمية الصناعية. رابعاً:الاستخدام السلمي للطاقة النووية : الإمكانيات والتحديات يوضح الباحث الفرص الممكنة من الاستخدام السلمي للطاقة النووية، كما يوضح التحديات والمعوقات التي تواجه الاستخدام السلمي للطاقة النووية وفى مقدمتها ارتفاع تكلفة إنشاء وتشغيل المفاعلات النووية. خامساً: نتائج وتوصيات يقدم الباحث أهم النتائج والاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل إليها، كما يقدم الباحث عدة توصيات للتغلب على التحديات والمعوقات التي تواجه الاستخدام السلمي للطاقة النووية Abstract The researcher deals with the explanation and analysis of the peaceful industrial uses of nuclear energy considering that nuclear energy is one of the important energy resources that can be used in light of the high and growing demand for energy globally, regionally, Arab and locally, and the researcher reviews the importance of the peaceful role of nuclear energy through the following topics : First: the peaceful uses of nuclear energy The researcher briefly reviews the multiple peaceful uses of nuclear energy, such as electricity generation, water desalination, medicine, and wastewater treatment. Second: The peaceful industrial uses of nuclear energy The researcher reviews the multiple and different aspects of the peaceful uses of nuclear energy in the industrial sector, such as industrial testing using nuclear technology, preservation and validity of foodstuffs, wire and cable industry, oil industry, medicine industry, and tourism industry through the restoration of monuments. Third: A primary analysis of the Dabaa nuclear project in the Arab Republic of Egypt The researcher conducts a primary study and analysis of the Dabaa nuclear project in the Arab Republic of Egypt, where the researcher evaluates the Dabaa Location through safety and security standards and the timeline for the project. The researcher also studies and analyzes the expected results and peaceful uses of the project, chiefly electricity generation, water desalination and peaceful industrial uses. Fourth: the peaceful use of nuclear energy: potentials and challenges The researcher clarifies the possible opportunities from the peaceful use of nuclear energy and the importance of using this renewable resource in light of the growing demand for energy, oil and water. He also explains the challenges and obstacles facing the peaceful use of nuclear energy, foremost of which is the high cost of establishing and operating nuclear reactors. Fifth: Results and recommendations The researcher presents the most important results and conclusions that have been reached, and at the forefront is the importance of the peaceful use of nuclear energy and the multiplicity of its possible peaceful fields, especially in the industrial sector. The researcher also provides several recommendations to overcome the challenges and obstacles facing the peaceful use of nuclear energy
