واقع الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة و أفاقـــه -مع إشارة لحالة الجزائر-

الملخص
يتزايد الاهتمام بدراسة موضوع الطاقات المتجددة كونها تمثل إحدى أهم المصادر الرئيسية للطاقة العالمية خارج الطاقة التقليدية، فضلا عن كونها نظيفة و غير ملوثة. وهو ما سنحاول إبرازه من خلال هذه الدراسة و ذلك بتسليط الضوء على واقع الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة في العالم و الوطن العربي و إشارة خاصة لحالة الجزائر. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك استثمارات معتبرة في الطاقات المتجددة في العالم وخاصة في الدول الكبرى أما الجزائر فمازالت تبذل مجهودات معتبرة قصد تشجيع الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة وتسعى لاستغلال ماتزخر به من مصادر طبيعية في هذا المجال . Abstract There is increasing interest in studying the subject of renewable energies, as they represent one of the main sources of global energy outside conventional energy, as well as being clean and non-polluting. This is what we will try to highlight through this study by shedding light on the reality of investing in renewable energies in the world and the Arab world, and a special reference to the case of Algeria. The study found that there are significant investments in renewable energies in the world, especially in the major countries. As for Algeria, it is still making considerable efforts to encourage investment in renewable energies and seeks to exploit the abundant natural resources in this field. Résumé L'étude du sujet des énergies renouvelables suscite un intérêt croissant, car elles représentent l'une des principales sources d'énergie mondiale en dehors des énergies conventionnelles, en plus d'être propres et non polluantes. C'est ce que nous tenterons de mettre en évidence à travers cette étude en mettant en lumière la réalité de l'investissement dans les énergies renouvelables dans le monde et le monde arabe, et une référence particulière au cas de l'Algérie. L'étude a révélé qu'il y a des investissements importants dans les énergies renouvelables dans le monde, notamment dans les grands pays. Quant à l'Algérie, elle continue de déployer des efforts considérables pour encourager les investissements dans les énergies renouvelables et cherche à exploiter les abondantes ressources naturelles dans ce domaine.
