آليات مكافحة الفساد الإداري والمالي بالجزائر في ظل الإصلاحات الجديدة

الملخص
تعاني الجزائر من تفشي ظاهرة الفساد الإداري والمالي نتيجة عدة عوامل ساهمت في ذلك في ظل هذه الأوضاع السلبية هل تمكنت الجزائر من تحقيق نتائج إيجابية في إطار مكافحتها للفساد وفقا لإستراتيجية قامت بوضعها؟ نسعى لتسليط الضوء على الظاهرة والإحاطة بمفهومها ودوافع الإقدام عليها و تحديد معالم إستراتيجية مكافحتها من خلال توظيف المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي. نستنتج انه رغم المساعي والمجهودات المبذولة خاصة فيما يتعلق بإنشاء الهيئات والتشريعات المتعلقة مكافحة الفساد إلا أن الظاهرة لم يتم الحد منها بل شهدت تفاقما كبيرا خاصة في الآونة الأخيرة نتيجة وجود العديد من العقبات منها عدم فعالية الهيئات، وجود ثغرات في القانون، ممارسة الفساد من قبل المسؤولين وذوي النفوذ. الكلمات المفتاحية: فساد ؛ إداري ؛ مالي ؛ جزائر ؛ طرق مكافحته L'Algérie souffre de la prévalence du phénomène de corruption administrative et financière du fait de plusieurs facteurs qui y ont contribué au vu de ces conditions négatives.
