الملخص
As well as the market orientation is relying on the infrastructure and its development, and decrease the restriction on trading and investment, and collapsing the form labor market and leaving the role of the government in the productive sector to be projects are arranged well, and preparing the procedures to the privatization. and accelerating the developing operation in the globalization circumstances and encouraging the industrial sector and dominating of the public sector and though the developing strategy relying on increase the income ration with putting in consideration the importance of prompting the economical aspects under the leadership of private sector and to be matched with the international markets, these procedures required some difficult political reforms
