الملخص
A man is naturally happy when a new child is born. His joy is not appreciated at all costs, when he sees his growth sound healthy and eagerly waiting for him, and their disappointment when they receive a child who is handicapped is unable to perform some or most of the tasks himself, for genetic or acquired reasons And the indicators of the civilization and humanity of the family in the extent of acceptance and care and education and provide the potential for living and comprehensive growth from all aspects, which helps in the formation of personality and integration in the community and service, as the view of society and its attitude towards this category of special needs that generated or acquired then in His life is the factor Which turns this vulnerability into a disability. Hence, the process of developing the cognitive abilities of the mentally handicapped is a difficult and difficult process because of the need for the child to be active and active in the learning process. Any physical or organic viewer that reduces the activity of the child will be a barrier between him and the focus or contribute continuously to the learning process.
